There is an open plan country kitchen/dining area with a range cooker and a host of other appliances to ensure your comfort.

All bedrooms boast oak beams and period charm. The master suite with double bed and ensuite shower room has far reaching views down to Tittesworth Water and to Morridge Top beyond.

There is a two door family bathroom that can also be conveniently utilised as an ensuite to bedroom two which has a comfortable double bed.

Our third bedroom is a spacious twin with an optional third pull out bed suitable for both children and adults alike.

Downstairs there is a sumptuous lounge with a wood burning stove ideal for cosy nights in. The heating is under floor at ground level and radiators upstairs.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided as is Freeview TV in the lounge.

A washing machine is provided to take care of the more mundane holiday chores.

There is a private terrace with garden furniture to further enhance your holiday and enjoyment of the tranquil surroundings.
